For the shopping and working SOHO block in the Beijing CBD we developed the crown. Is has lead to a strategic scheme. It allows for adding constraints in the further phases.

根据在北京 CBD中的商业和工作soho街区,我们设计了这个核心区域.这个设计考虑到了未来增加中的拥挤度也适合战略反战的需要.

 

The concept refers to the surroundings in which many parts of the CBD are composed of a combination of a shopping soccle with office towers. This leads to an introvert even claustrophobic shopping environments and distortional offices.

设计概念考虑到周围 CBD的许多部分是商业区和办公楼的组合. 折导致了内向的甚至封闭的商业环境以及扭曲的办公空间.

 

In order to enlarge the flexibility between the two programs an in order to enlarge the visibility between the audience and the programs and in order to escape from the possible claustrophobia in a shopping centre we developed a series of hollow towers around communal halls surrounded by bands of program.

为了扩大这两个项目之间的弹性 , 为了扩大行人的可见度,为了避免商业中心的封闭感,我们在共享大厅周围设计了一系列的中间有空洞的塔楼.他们位于这个项目的边界处.

 

By tapering these towers to the top, different floorsizes can be made.

这些顶部逐渐变细的塔楼 ,设计了不同的楼层.

 

By connecting these towers a sequence of voids is created, connected to the desired economical continuous route of shopping.

It creates an impressive shopping and working grotto.

The scheme is based on single orientated program; program at the outside and corridors at the inside. The tapering of the towers creates views from every office to the surroundings.

Every tower has minimum one straight wall that contains the core and has a standard structure. The structure of sloped walls can be made by a constructive wall of the void, to which floors and columns around it are connected.

每个塔楼最少的使用一个垂直的墙面其中包括核心筒和标准的结构 .

斜墙的结构可以用中空的减力墙 ,柱子和楼板可通过这里连接.
